Experiencing Community…

Coming Home...
It's so worth it.

Community…
moves at the speed of heartbeat and breath,
of that of a slow stroll through a rose garden.
It stops to feed the birds, pick up trash, close an open gate,
and pull a blanket over the shoulders of a sleeping child.
It stops and asks “How are you”, over and over again
and never gets tired of hearing the same stories,
over and over again.

What does it take to be able to live more sustainably… take action.

How does one know what action to take… embrace finding out.

How does one learn to get along with others…. get a deeper perspective.

What does it take to have more stability in one's life… be willing to grow.

Is it worth all this effort?

Good Question. Well, what is it worth to be able to wake up in the morning to the realization that you are living the life you came here to live and you are doing it with joy, abundance and gratitude? What is it worth to feel totally connected, worthy and capable? What is it worth to know you are valued and appreciated?

This is the experience that living in a sustainably oriented community inherently provides for the individual. Possibly the ultimate purpose of any community or civilization might be… to provide an environment conducive to nurturing loving, capable, and growing human beings - and to do so in harmony with source , both physically (the earth) and spiritually.

The quality of one's life is not determined
by the number of breaths they take,
But by the number of moments… that take their breath away.

What is it like to experience community?
