This interactive workshop will address issues of living life in "fast forward", and will note connections between using ourselves up and using up our planet. Participants will be invited to redirect their lives toward simpler, more sustainable living. We will consider values, priorities, choices, personal responsibility and opportunity, consumption, time, energy, and stuff. We'll learn, share, support each other, play a bit, and even dream together.  Persons will be invited to create an action plan for possible next steps regarding their own lives.

Carolyn Treadway is a personal life coach and therapist/pastoral counselor with twin private practices, GraceFull Life Coaching and Connections Counseling, in Normal, Illinois.  Her professional practices as well as her involvement with many environmental and spiritual groups reflect her passion for creating a life sustaining society. As a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of one, she is a voice for the Earth on behalf of all future generations.
