Afternoon Jin Shin Jyutsu Workshop 1:30-3:30pm
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient art that harmonizes and balances your energy using some of the same principles as acupressure and acupuncture. However, it doesn't require the use of needles, herbs, massage, muscle manipulation or deep pressure. Your can do it yourself or it can be done by a practitioner by gently placing fingertips on specific body points.
Certified Practitioner, Rebecca Wilson, will introduce Jin Shin Jyutsu and share how one can use it as a self help technique to bring harmony and balance to the body. Handouts, a short film, and hands-on demostration for yourself and others, will round out the afternoon. This is an empowering way to practice sustainability in your personal well-being and health!
