Guia Hoffman and Candice Chaffee will discuss growing, harvesting, and everyday cooking with culinary herbs. Candice will provide an overview of the medicinal qualities while Guia will offer sample dishes and take-home recipes. This presentation will also describe our Herbal Apprenticeship training program scheduled for September 2006.
